Lemon Law Rights and Statutes Explained
There are various lemon law rights and statutes and they all depend on the state where you are in or in which particular state where you bought and registered your car in. There are states which only require that you file a formal complaint to together with the right paperwork ; however there are states that will recommend that you hire a solicitor to file the argument for you.
Remember that only 50% of all the states have provisions in the Lemon law that permits you to recover lawyer costs so you actually better check your own states Lemon Law rights and Principles. If your lawyer raises the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and you win, you'll be awarded solicitor fees but if you lose, you'll be paying the manufacturers lawyers charges and yours as well . In some states, the Lemon Law includes used automobiles and even cars that are leased though in some states, there are separate law provisions for used vehicles and there are states that provide law protection only on new cars.
