English for Presentations at International Conferences $29.95 This book is designed to help non-native English speakers to prepare and deliver effective presentations at international conferences. It will be the first book ever written on presentations specifically from the perspective of non-native English speakers. It will be written in an English that readers will be able to understand easily. This is not 'simple' English as a native speaker would interpret it, but a particular way of writing with minimal redundancy in which key points are highlighted clearly. This book will cover not only the typical difficulties of all presenters (structure, gaining audience attention, graphics on slides etc), but will also focus above all on those issues that cause specific problems for the non-native. |

Attaining Your Dreams In Translation Services
If you resemble me in anyway at the time I graduated with a degree in language studies, your mind is already buzzing with dreams of living overseas. Are you restless about working in an international job as a translation professional with potentials to discover and take part in various hobbies? Thinking about your pursuits and passions is an essential key to achieving a global dream. How can a person begin this fascinating excursion? Everything starts with an introspective examination of your wants and needs and a bit of comprehensive planning. After doing so, you're going to be impressed at the prospects that can elevate you into an exciting intercontinental life and career.
From my individual adventures abroad, I discovered a lot of skills that have helped me live a successful and gratifying life in various nations. It was not until the very start of my English to Japanese Translation career when I initially traveled overseas. I discovered that part of my schooling required gazing internally to clarify the path I desired my life to advance. I had to take away many tiers of misguided beliefs and social stigmas that I had matured with and replace them with the fresh information that would direct my worldwide life.
For example, I had been taught that work success is symbolized by a big paycheck, an important career, and expensive things. Although this explanation of success didn’t appear to match with my ideals, the societal pressure to “succeed” in this way was preventing my progress toward a fulfilling career. Following much heart and soul searching, I developed a new description of success, one that seemed more fitting. I determined that, for me personally, success means reaching my objectives. At that point, I desired to obtain advanced knowledge in various nations, become fluent in German Translation, create global relationships, and see as much of the world as feasible. My mobile lifestyle didn’t permit for the attaining of many belongings and scaling the company ladder.
