Lemon Laws Explained For Newbies
The Lemon Law applications differ in each state but the general practice being followed on the law is if the vehicle you purchased consistently manifests defects that that at some point seriously and markedly weakens and damages its price and your ability to use it effectively and at the same compromises your safety and that of your passengers, then it may qualify as a lemon. Generally, if a vehicle has been corrected 4 or even more times with the same failings and faults and these repairs all occurred within the warranty period as specified in your contract when you purchased the car, and after all of these repairs the defect still remains unfixed, then your automobile might be suitable for the conditions of the Lemon Law.
