Lemon Laws Explained An Insight
The Lemon Law applications differ in each state but the general practice being followed on the law is that if the car you purchased solidly manifests defects that that at some specific point significantly and obviously weakens and damages its worth and your capability to use it effectively and at the same compromises your safety and that of your passengers, then it may qualify as a lemon. Generally, if a vehicle has been fixed 4 or even more times with the same failings and faults and these repairs all happened in the warranty period as specified in your contract when you purchased the auto, and after all these repairs the defect still remains unfixed, then your automobile might be suitable for the stipulations of the Lemon Law.
