Lemon Law Rights and Statutes Summarised
There are numerous lemon law rights statutes and they all depend on the state where you are in or in which particular state where you bought and registered your auto in. There are states which only require that you file a formal complaint to together with the right paperwork ; however there are states that will endorse that you hire a solicitor to file the case for you.
Keep in mind that only 50% of all the states have provisions in the Lemon law that permits you to recover attorney charges so you really better take a look at your own states Lemon Law rights and Statutes. If your attorney raises the Magnuson-Moss Guaranty Act and you win, you'll be awarded attorney costs but if you lose, you'll be paying the manufacturers lawyers costs and yours also.
