Outsourcing Tasks - Getting Things Done For Businesses
The concept of outsourcing tasks and letting other people do stuff you cannot do is what you need in order to grow your business. You need to know where your business is going, as well as identifying tasks that you cannot do on your own and outsource that first. Tim Ferriss, author from the 4-Hour Work Week, recently posted on his blog about his new book that's released. He ground though writing this brand new book and the man hates writing.
I am thinking, he could have used a ghost writer, that is the main thing he had to accomplish. He outsourced anything else. So sometimes you just have to perform the things you do not wish to accomplish to begin with and you should be aware of that. Outsource what you cannot do, like you can outsource internet marketing tasks you need in order to achieve that lifestyle as described in four hour work week.
You must understand that you need two work in task versus the on task. A book that is released this year is called It’s Not About the Product, a brand new book I am working on. It is indeed better that you work on developing your business with the help of other skilled individuals instead of doing all of these important tasks in your business alone.
They do a trade, they be a plumber and they do an apprenticeship, created it and want to be a plumber. But to grow your organization standing on the equipment will not increase your business. You need to work on your organization, not in it, not doing the particular thing that the customers are about.
What you want to do is to into outsourcing tasks as soon as possible. You want to hire an apprentice underneath you to do the plumbing. You want to hire the SEO company customer service team, you want to hire the people who deliver what you do. If you’re in information marketing, that’s obviously impossible because you are what you deliver, but in everything else you want to outsource that.
In my telecommunications company, my real world business, I don’t install phone systems, never have, have no idea how to. I have a team who do that. I have a team of sales people. I work on the business rather than in it. Even if you’re running an e book selling website, it’s still a business and treat it like a business. You want to think about what in tasks there are and what on tasks. The marketing of your business is the on task. That’s the thing you really want to focus on, not in your business.
If you’re doing AdWords management and outsourcing tasks for clients, you don’t wish to be doing the AdWords management yourself. You hopefully desire to train someone that can do just that. This leaves you to concentrate and grow the business enterprise, get the clients, push the sales, and get lots more people in to increase your profits.
