THE METHODOLOGY. In order to estimate the latent demand for aesthetic equipment on a worldwide basis, I used a multi-stage approach. Before applying the approach, one needs a basic theory from which such estimates are created. In this case, I heavily rely on the use of certain basic economic assumptions. In particular, there is an assumption governing the shape and type of aggregate latent demand functions. Latent demand functions relate the income of a country, city, state, household, or individual to realized consumption. Latent demand (often realized as consumption when an industry is efficient), at any level of the value chain, takes place if an equilibrium is realized. For firms to serve a market, they must perceive a latent demand and be able to serve that demand at a minimal return. The single most important variable determining consumption, assuming latent demand exists, is income (or other financial resources at higher levels of the value chain). Other factors that can pivot or shape demand curves include external or exogenous shocks (i.e. business cycles), and or changes in utility for the product in question.

Landing Page Optimization: Making Every Page Count

What most SEO specialists fail to see is the wonders that landing page optimization can do on their websites. Primarily, this is a good way to allow traffic flow freely to a website. Another good thing that you can get from it is the increase of your present conversion rate.

Let us first have a description of a landing page. A landing page is any page in your site where a person searching for something might land. After entering words in the search bar, they get to reach your web page. A landing page can be deep page or a home page. Make sure that all your pages are highly optimized. Optimization, in this matter, pertains to page usability. In here, I am talking about usability versus on page search engine optimization.

A landing page conversion rate going from 1% to 2%, you just have doubled the value of the traffic that you’re getting. It’s really important to make sure you focus on improving your landing pages to make sure that they convert as that can sometimes be a lot easier than writing a whole host of new articles to go after another keyword.

Since we know that 50 percent of all traffic ends on the internal pages or what we call deep pages, in our SEO services we make sure that each of the webpages is optimized. Getting your home page optimized really would not suffice. All deep pages must be optimized real well.

Often times you fail to get result from a certain page or it fails to have a purpose because of the absence of landing page optimization. What usually happens is that it offers the searcher a variety of different tasks to do. This becomes a problem. When you give a searcher too many choices, they will be confused on which choice to take. They end up choosing nothing and leaving your site. So for every page, you want to have one outcome in mind: you want them to buy, you want them to enter their email details into the opt in form, whatever the case may be, you just want to make sure you know what that outcome is.

Landing page optimization is also based on the traffic source. This is a little bit to do with where the traffic is coming from. There are other ways to drive traffic than just SEO, there is a whole host of paid sources as well and in addition to that, you need to try to match the idea of what is the user’s intention that they had when they first visited your SEO company website, for example, and meet them at that level and giving them what they want. So if they were looking for a particular thing, it doesn’t necessarily need to be super slick or anything like that, you need to meet them at that level and understand who your searcher is.
